💼 Key Responsibilities

Interact with underwriters, brokers & clients for policy processing

Maintain knowledge databases & assess training needs (TNI)

Conduct market & policy research and ensure compliance

Manage backend operations like quoting, endorsements, renewals, policy issuance
-
Conduct training sessions and monthly knowledge assessments
-
Act as SME and ensure all operational and procedural activities are documented
✅ Preferred Qualifications

Insurance Certification (Added advantage)

Experience in US P&C Insurance operations

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Strong attention to detail & multitasking abilities

Familiarity with US regulations in Property & Casualty Insurance
