🧾 Job Description:
As part of the Order to Cash (OTC) team, you will manage Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Cash Application processes for global clients across Australia, UK, and US markets.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients (Australia/UK/US).

Manage Accounts Receivables and Customer Collections efficiently.
-
Resolve payment issues and manage irate customers professionally.
-
Ensure timely posting of cash receipts and reconciliation of customer accounts.

Maintain accuracy and quality standards for all transactions.

Utilize SAP S/4HANA for finance operations and maintain data accuracy.
-
Prepare daily reports and maintain Excel trackers.
🧠 Skills & Requirements:
✅ 1–4 years of experience in Order to Cash / Accounts Receivable / Collections
✅ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
✅ Good knowledge of accounting principles and AR process
✅ Hands-on experience with SAP S4HANA
✅ Strong MS Excel skills
✅ Flexibility to work in Australia/UK/US shifts
✅ Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days’ notice period preferred
✅ Good attitude, professionalism, and stability
