Job Responsibilities

Maintain safe and efficient working environments through daily technical support.

Perform maintenance, refurbishments, and repair work.
-
Repair and maintain water service systems and sanitary installations.
-
Service air handling units and fan coil unit water systems.
-
Maintain drainage systems, roof gutters, and rainwater systems.
-
Service hot water cylinders, heaters, pumps, and fire hose systems.
-
Conduct fault finding, testing, and inspections.
-
Maintain maintenance records and reports.
-
Assist contractors and multi-skilled technicians.
-
Learn additional skills like carpentry and welding (basic level).
-
Report maintenance issues and accidents to the Head of Maintenance.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualification:

ITI Electrician
-
Diploma in EEE
-
BE / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Experience: 0 – 2 Years (Freshers Eligible)

Basic knowledge of electrical & facility maintenance preferred.
