📝 About the Role
As a Preferred Relationship Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) clients by delivering premium banking services, deepening existing relationships, and acquiring new ones. This client-facing sales role involves cross-selling banking and investment products, increasing customer wallet share, and providing expert financial solutions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW clients

Acquire new Preferred Banking customers

Cross-sell financial products such as investments, loans, insurance, and more

Maintain high service standards and ensure complete customer satisfaction

Achieve monthly and yearly revenue and acquisition targets

Comply with all KYC and regulatory requirements

Coordinate with internal stakeholders: Product, Operations, Credit, and Asset teams
🧠 Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 3+ years in Banking and Wealth Management

Strong communication and sales skills

Knowledge of banking products and compliance norms

Certifications: AMFI, IRDA (mandatory), NCFM (optional)
