🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Manage Enrollments, Money-In, Money-Out, and Reconciliation processes.

Ensure high-quality deliverables within prescribed turnaround times.

Handle Retirement Process operations including 401K, Defined Contributions, and Defined Pensions.

Develop, implement, and maintain accurate financial policies and procedures.

Collaborate closely with Line of Businesses and business partners.

Prepare and review annual financial statements according to reporting standards.

Educational Qualification:

UG: B.Com in Commerce
-
PG: M.Com in Commerce, MBA/PGDM in Finance

Skills Required:

Knowledge of Accounting principles.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP ERP.

Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

Flexibility to work in night shifts and extended hours as needed.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Knowledge of Defined Benefits, 401K, Pension Retirement claims, US Pension Retirement accounts, and Insurance Claims.
