About the Role:
UltraTech Cement’s Knowledge Services Centre (UKSC) is conducting a walk-in interview for Finance professionals with hands-on experience in Record to Report (R2R), Direct Taxation, Provision Accounting, MIS, and General Ledger Operations.
This role focuses on centralized accounting, tax compliance, reporting & analytics for multiple business units under the Aditya Birla Group umbrella including Cement, RMC, and BPD.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Direct Taxes & Compliance
- TDS, TCS, PF processing and returns
- Interunit transaction reconciliations
✅ MIS & Reporting
- Ughai reports, debtors confirmations
- Working capital variance analysis
- Raw material aging & inventory checks
✅ Provision Accounting
- Department/unit-wise provisions
- JV entries and debit note processing
✅ General Accounting
- Data upload in Hyperion
- Finished & RM goods quantity tracking
- Risk mitigation & governance through accurate data handling
✅ Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaison with internal units for reconciliations, entries, and clarifications
- Escalation of mismatches or discrepancies
Qualifications:
- UG: B.Com, BBA
- PG: M.Com, MBA (Finance)
- Experience: 2–7 years in Finance/Accounting domain
Job Details:
- Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Working Days: 5 days/week (Saturday & Sunday off)
- Mode: Work From Office
- Preference: Immediate joiners highly preferred
