Job Description/Skills Required
- · End to end ownership of incidents relating to in scope services
- · Triaging of incidents
- · Management of resolver group to resolve incident with resolution KPI
- · Escalation of resolved group as appropriate
- · Update client on incident status as per contract frequency
- · Check and maintain client information in accordance with contracts and prescribed instructions
- · Meet prescribed client service standards and performance objectives.
- · Point of contact for all Major Incidents
- · Ensure the closure of all resolved and end-user confirmed Incident records
- · Establish continuous process improvement cycles where the process performance, activities, roles and responsibilities, policies, procedures and supporting technology is reviewed and enhanced where applicable.
- Change Management
- 6 years of experience in Change Management, ITIL certified. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Should be experienced in:
- Raise Change Request from the client or internally using populated request for change excel forms
- End to end ownership of ICT change requests (provisioning, Activations)
- Validate requests to ensure they are valid change requests
- Qualify if the change request is billable and if commercially manage the client through established quoting/billing procedures
- Manage the engagement of the third party provider for remote “Hands and feet” Support
- Check and maintain client information in accordance with the contracts and prescribed instructions
- Meet prescribed client service standards and performance objectives
- Complete change management assessment, Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
