🎯 Job Purpose:
As a Branch Sales Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing new business and expanding HDFC Bank’s customer base through effective sales strategies and client relationships.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:

Business Sourcing: Acquire new customers for CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) through open market sales, cold calls, referrals, and database leads.

Lead Fulfillment: Support CASA leads from other verticals and ensure timely turnaround as per TAT guidelines.

Cross-Selling: Promote bank products such as Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Auto Loans, Personal Loans, and Business Loans.

Customer Engagement: Build long-term relationships with customers and enhance account value.

Compliance: Adhere to KYC/AML norms during account acquisition and ensure accurate documentation.

Business Hygiene: Proper management of welcome kits, right sourcing of customers, and maintaining branch process discipline.
