🧩 Job Summary:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 15–25 associates, ensuring that daily operations run efficiently while meeting quality and productivity targets. The role also involves client coordination, process optimization, and team engagement to achieve business excellence.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 15–25 associates to achieve process goals and SLAs.

Ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.

Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and reduce errors.

Manage attrition, shrinkage, attendance, and scheduling.

Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions for customer issues.
-
Conduct performance reviews, feedback sessions, and training support.
-
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for process improvements.

Track and maintain reports, dashboards, and staffing metrics.

✅ Hands-on experience in US Healthcare / RCM operations
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

🎓 Educational & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any stream

4–6 years of overall experience in Healthcare RCM or International BPO

At least 1–2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Senior Lead role
