🔹 PB Classic
- Manage daily branch operations and drive banking product sales
- Handle customer queries and relationship management
- Cross-sell savings accounts, credit cards, insurance, loans, mutual funds, and FDs
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and portfolio enhancement
🔹 PRM – Preferred Relationship Manager
- Manage affluent clients with ₹2+ lakh average balances
- Cross-sell investment & banking products like credit cards, SIPs, insurance
- Source new business via referrals, catchment area work & internal leads
- Review client portfolios and provide investment recommendations
🔹 IRM – Imperia Relationship Manager
- Handle high-net-worth clients with book size over ₹40 Cr
- Deliver wealth management & financial planning solutions
- Upgrade eligible clients across programs – Classic to Preferred to Imperia
- Focus on product penetration: assets, cards, investments
🔹 Authorizer
- Authorize and monitor daily banking transactions
- Maintain hygiene parameters: CASA, Demat FTNR, activations
- Promote cross-functional banking products
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and compliance
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (Any discipline)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking sales or operations
- Strong communication, relationship management & product knowledge
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
