🔹 Branch Sales Manager (BSM)
- Mentor PB and BSO teams

- Monitor team KPIs and branch productivity

- Lead the branch with a focus on profitability
- Ensure compliance, customer service, and audit readiness
- Achieve asset/liability/TPP targets

📋 Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates/Postgraduates in any stream
- 1 to 8 years of relevant experience depending on role
