- Work with business and finance leaders in building the annual operating plan and departmental budgets Develop comprehensive project plans to evaluate new business proposals Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness track project/department performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term plans Controlling: Work with general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable and taxes; assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for the improvements Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
