Job Description:
We are hiring Sales Executives for West Bengal (Kharagpur location) to promote financial products and services offered by HDB Financial Services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers for business loans, personal loans, and lending services through field sales activities.
- Conduct client meetings to understand financial requirements and offer suitable loan solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely loan disbursement.
- Work closely with the sales and finance team to ensure customer satisfaction and process adherence.
Eligibility Criteria:
🎓 Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation not mandatory)
👩💼 Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0–3 years)
💰 Salary:
- Freshers: Up to ₹12,000 + PF + ESIC + Incentives
- Experienced: Up to ₹20,000 + PF + ESIC + Incentives
Work Schedule:
🕘 Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
🌞 Week Off: Sunday
