Job Description – Record To Report (R2R):
Capgemini is looking for skilled professionals with solid experience in General Accounting and R2R processes to join their finance team in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage General Ledger Accounting, Journal Entries, Invoicing, and Forecasting.
- Perform Intercompany Reconciliation and Month-End Closing Activities.
- Handle Query Management and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Prepare accurate Month-End Reports and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Contribute to special finance projects and continuous process improvements.
- Participate and drive client meetings, providing analytical insights.
- Strong understanding of accounting flows, P&L management, and Cost Accounting.
- Perform reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and risk identification.
Skills & Requirements:
✅ Excellent knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools
✅ Strong analytical and communication skills
✅ Experience in Controllership, Forecasting, and Month-End Reporting
✅ Educational Qualification:
- UG: B.Com in Commerce
- PG: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance)
