Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Involvement in preparation of financials under Indian GAAP and Ind AS within timelines.
- Preparation of standard operating process.
- Preparation of documents for NCD, Sub debt, Perpetual Debt, Commercial Paper, Term Loan, ECBs and other fund raising instruments and tracking covenant compliance thereto.
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualified CA fresher.
- Knowledge into Treasury, financial reporting would be added advantage.
