💼 FP&A Responsibilities:

Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Strategic plan support and scenario modeling

Executive reporting and financial presentation creation

Use of Excel, PowerPoint; PeopleSoft preferred
-
Work closely with senior leadership on strategic decisions
💼 R2R Responsibilities:

Month-end closing, journal entries, reconciliations

Inter-company accounting & variance reporting

Balance sheet and P&L reporting

Audit support and controls compliance

Proficiency in Excel and working in a 24×7 environment
