As a VKYC Officer, you will engage virtually with Axis Bank customers to complete Video KYC onboarding, ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and opportunities for cross-selling banking products.
š¹ Key Responsibilities
- Execute successful and compliant VKYC calls
- Assist new-to-bank (NTB) customers in onboarding digitally
- Brief customers on product features and regulatory aspects
- Ensure smooth resolution of onboarding issues via video
- Meet daily/monthly productivity KPIs: KYC completions, login hours, AHT, adherence
- Upsell/cross-sell products: Cards, Loans, Investments
- Use digital tools and systems effectively for customer handling
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory standards
š§ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years (preferably in BFSI, phone/video banking, telesales)
- Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Proficient with banking systems and digital platforms
- Strong customer engagement & problem-solving attitude
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and fast-paced environments
- Team player and tech-savvy
