🎯 Job Description

As a VKYC Officer, you will engage virtually with Axis Bank customers to complete Video KYC onboarding, ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and opportunities for cross-selling banking products.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Execute successful and compliant VKYC calls
• Assist new-to-bank (NTB) customers in onboarding digitally
• Brief customers on product features and regulatory aspects
• Ensure smooth resolution of onboarding issues via video
• Meet daily/monthly productivity KPIs: KYC completions, login hours, AHT, adherence
• Upsell/cross-sell products: Cards, Loans, Investments
• Use digital tools and systems effectively for customer handling
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory standards

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Experience: Minimum 2 years (preferably in BFSI, phone/video banking, telesales)
• Skills:
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Proficient with banking systems and digital platforms
  • Strong customer engagement & problem-solving attitude
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts and fast-paced environments
  • Team player and tech-savvy
