HCLTech is hiring for Technical Chat Support (Blended Process) in Hyderabad. This walk-in drive is open to candidates with 2–5 years of experience in technical support, chat support, or customer care roles.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical troubleshooting and chat support for customer issues.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Handle queries in US shifts / Night shifts with rotational schedules.
- Support campaign management and performance marketing in the advertising ecosystem.
- Address customer concerns with empathy, ownership, and excellent communication.
Required Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience in CHAT channel in customer care or technical troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web fundamentals, cookies, and tracking pixels.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital advertising tools, buy-side/sell-side platforms is a plus.
Eligibility & Other Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate (Interns/undergraduates not eligible).
- Minimum 1 year hands-on chat support experience.
- Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends.
- Must be work-from-office ready.
