💼 Job Description:
As an AR Caller at HCLTech, you will be responsible for:

Making outbound calls to insurance companies, end customers for eligibility verification & prior authorization.

Requesting missing or incomplete payer information.

Updating patient details in system records.
-
Handling inbound calls for payments, inquiries, and complaints.
-
Resolving issues at first point of contact to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Meeting performance metrics, SLAs, and compliance standards.

Contributing improvement ideas for process efficiency.
