💼 Job Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 2 HR customer support via inbound calls and emails.

Ensure accurate case logging in ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).

Assist candidates with recruitment support & portal navigation.
-
Escalate unresolved issues as per defined processes.
-
Maintain SLA targets, call quality, and compliance with GDPR policies.
-
Keep knowledge base, DTPs, and process repositories updated.
-
Handle both inbound and outbound HR-related calls professionally.

Deliver exceptional customer service to minimize complaints and escalations.

Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, ticket tracking tools.
