📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complex/high-profile accounts and ensure timely collections as per defined SLAs.
- Handle aged receivables, service stops, and write-offs.
- Review on-account payments and UMCC as per guidelines.
- Ensure correct dunning process and escalate insolvent customers for legal collections.
- Achieve quarterly/monthly debt and cash targets.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within collections and order management.
- Support new process implementations for efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leaders to close knowledge gaps.
✅ Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in OTC Collections or similar finance roles.
- Educational Background: B.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work in night shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and finance tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven and customer-focused.
