💼 Job Responsibilities:
- Validate meter readings and ensure accurate data loading for billing
- Maintain accuracy of raw meter data and contract-based asset tracking
- Manually input readings and generate Meter Volume, MACD, and device reports
- Deliver reports to account and billing teams for auditing and analysis
- Create and manage reports like MBR, True Ups conflict files, and No Answer Device Reports
- Assist in data cleansing and auditing processes
✅ Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent MS Excel and reporting proficiency
- Good understanding of data analysis and ability to interpret large datasets
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and process-driven
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to follow strict workflows
- Previous experience in international processes is a plus

- Graduates in any stream (mandatory)
