📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Review video and text content including graphic, abusive, or sensitive content
- Take action based on defined global policy guidelines
- Attend trainings, QA calibrations, and policy update sessions
- Ensure content safety, policy compliance, and accuracy in moderation
- Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders
🔍 Candidate Profile:
- Any graduate (2022 or later pass-outs only)
- Must be based in Bangalore or ready to relocate immediately
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Able to read/write in more than one regional language preferred
- Aware of current affairs, general knowledge, online culture
- Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Chrome, Slides)
- Good analytical, reasoning, and time management skills
- Resilient and able to handle exposure to disturbing content
- Knowledge of YouTube monetization, AdSense, and content strategy is a bonus
