Job Role – Platinum Relationship Manager (Branch Banking)

Develop & expand High Net Worth (HNI) customer relationships for liabilities & commercial assets.

Ensure top-class customer service aligned with bank policy.

Cross-sell banking products such as deposits, loans, MF, insurance, and trade solutions.

Keep clients updated on new products and enhancements to strengthen relationships.

Organize special sales initiatives & events for clients.

Coordinate with group companies for seamless product access.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Handle & resolve customer queries with quick turnaround time.
Job Requirements

Strong experience in HNI Relationship Management.

Excellent knowledge of Trade Finance, Forex & Current Accounts.

Understanding of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance.

Knowledge of Mutual Funds & Insurance is an advantage.
