Job Role: Customer Care Executive – US Voice Process
As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle inbound voice calls from US-based customers, resolving queries efficiently while maintaining service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer issues as per company procedures
- Ensure first call resolution and follow standard escalation processes
- Maintain customer logs, trackers, and escalation documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service and adhere to quality benchmarks
- Participate in feedback sessions and implement improvements
- Ensure data security and customer confidentiality
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers only
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply
- B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, and Law graduates are not eligible
- Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Candidates should not be enrolled in regular courses
