Job Role: Customer Support Executive – Voice & Chat Process
As part of Accenture’s Customer Support vertical, you’ll manage and resolve customer queries, address escalations, and ensure prompt issue resolution. Your efforts will help enhance the customer experience and uphold Accenture’s standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle voice and chat support for international clients
- Resolve escalations and provide end-to-end complaint resolution
- Ensure timely closure of faults/queries within SLAs
- Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with your team and supervisor for issue resolution
- Adhere to daily task guidelines and rotational shift schedules
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 1–4 years in international voice/chat support (No freshers)
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (Regular students not allowed)
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Quick learning capability and results-oriented mindset
