Job Role: Order Management Executive
As part of the Order Management team, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders—from validation to delivery—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a customer-first approach.
Responsibilities:
- Validate and process incoming orders
- Track and monitor orders throughout the lifecycle
- Coordinate with inventory, sales, and logistics teams
- Resolve discrepancies and handle customer queries
- Maintain documentation and update systems regularly
- Generate reports to improve processes and satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com preferred); MBA or M.Com in Finance is a plus
- 2-7 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Support, or Finance roles
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
