Job Role: Voice Process (Customer Support)
As part of the Voice Process team, you will:
- Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with global clients.
- Work in US shift timings (Night shift).
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Science (B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, Other Graduates).
- Not Eligible: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.Sc, M.Tech.
- Experience: 0 – 1 year (Freshers preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work from office (5 days a week).
- Flexibility to work in night shifts (US hours).
