Job Responsibilities

Review, verify & process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.

Vendor management & query resolution.

Invoice verification with purchase orders & supporting documents.

Coding & accurate data entry in SAP system.
-
Payment processing through checks, bank transfers & cards.
-
Vendor statement reconciliation & discrepancy resolution.
-
Assist in month-end closing, accruals & reconciliations.
-
Maintain effective communication with vendors & internal teams.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Mandatory: B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA / PGDM / BA / MA
-
Experience: 2 – 4 Years in Accounts Payable
-
Shift: US Night Shift (candidate must be comfortable)

Mandatory Skills: SAP Experience

Not Eligible: CA, B.Tech, M.Tech, Law graduates
