Key Responsibilities
-
Provide IT support for applications, system administration, and network concerns.
-
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents via call, email, chat, or walk-in.
-
Escalate high-priority tickets for immediate resolution.
-
Log and document activities in the incident management tool.
-
Ensure timely resolution of helpdesk requests with high customer satisfaction.
-
Support Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, VPN, Zoom, Jabber, and other IT applications.
-
Work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
Required Skills
-
0–4 years of IT Helpdesk / Service Desk (Voice) experience.
-
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
-
Knowledge of ITIL Framework, Windows/Mac OS, and VDI environments.
-
Problem-solving & troubleshooting abilities.
-
Awareness of networking concepts: DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN.

Strong organizational & customer service skills.
