🎯 Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate (Voice Process), you will:

• Handle customer queries via voice process with professionalism

• Deliver excellent customer service in line with Amazon’s standards

• Ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction

• Work in rotational night shifts and flexible weekly offs

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Any graduate/PG can apply)

• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

• Comfortable with night shifts and flexible schedule

• Candidates from Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali & nearby areas preferred

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary (Base Pay): ₹2,06,750 – ₹3,60,000 LPA

• Additional Benefits:
