- Senior Analyst – 4+ years of experience
- Lead Analyst – 6+ years with team handling experience

🧾 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle General Ledger activities for global F&A operations
- Perform monthly closing and journal entries (accruals, prepayments, payroll, etc.)
- Inter-company accounting & reconciliations
- Prepare P&L variance reports and balance sheet reconciliations
- Analyze financial performance and operating results
- Support in audits and compliance-related reporting
- Monitor business controls and ensure timely execution of processes
✅ Candidate Requirements:
- Education: B.Com, BBA, BA, M.Com, MA, MBA/PGDM (Finance preferred)
- Experience: 4–9 years in General Ledger/Record to Report
- Must have team handling experience for lead and manager roles
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Flexible to work in 24×7 US shifts
- Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) only
