🧾 Role Objective & Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 10–20 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
- Ensure 100% achievement of KPIs (Customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, etc.)
- Provide timely performance feedback and ongoing coaching
- Foster a positive work culture and encourage continuous development
- Manage daily service and sales requests efficiently
- Drive effective team communication regarding processes and operational changes
- Create individual development plans and build strong team spirit
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily business goals
✅ Candidate Profile:
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 6 to 11 years, preferably in Inbound Customer Service/Call Center Management
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Ability to drive results through performance tracking, goal setting, and coaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in insurance, BFSI, or BPO sectors is a plus
