β Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience: Freshers welcome
- Location: Client Site β Unitech Signature Tower, Gurugram
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
π§ Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Email Support for customer queries
- Process simple to complex orders with accuracy
- Ensure smooth Order Management and compliance
- Maintain databases and verify order/payment info
- Coordinate with internal teams for end-to-end resolution
- Ensure excellent customer service via written communication
π Required Skills:
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication in English
- Strong Email Writing and Customer Handling skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical & decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Order Management (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7 | 5 days working | 2 days off)

- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving
π Educational Background:
UG: B.Com, B.A, B.B.A, B.M.S or any equivalent discipline
