As an FP&A Team Leader, you will partner closely with Finance and Operations to deliver:

Performance reporting: Create regular dashboards and custom reports

Trend analysis: Spot opportunities to improve profitability

Business partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership to track KPIs and manage financial performance

Forecasting and budgeting: Lead annual and monthly financial planning processes

Process improvement: Recommend and implement best practices in reporting and analysis
