📢 About the Role:
Join Sutherland for an exciting opportunity in the International Voice Process (AML/KYC) domain. This is an onsite role for experienced professionals with strong communication skills and a background in Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer processes.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Handle voice-based customer support for international clients (US, Dubai, etc.)
- Work on AML, EDD, CDD investigations
- Manage and resolve fraud-related transactions
- Perform risk assessments and reporting
- Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation
🧠 Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AML/KYC Voice Process
- Strong exposure to EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence)
- Excellent English Communication skills
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally over voice
- Immediate Joiners Only
📋 Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates / Postgraduates can apply
- Must be comfortable working from office
- Outstation candidates are not eligible
- No virtual interviews – Only walk-in
🕐 Work Schedule:
- 24×7 Shifts with rotational week-offs
- 5 days working per week
- Two-way cab facility available only in night shifts within 25km radius

- Cab facility available only during night shifts
- Service radius: Up to 25 kms from office location
