Job Responsibilities (All Levels):
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations
- Process PO and Non-PO invoices accurately
- Handle vendor queries and reconciliation
- Work with cross-functional teams like operations, procurement, and finance
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and TAT
- Prepare reports like Dashboards, SLA status, and aging reports
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor payment issues
- Support month-end closing, accruals, and account reconciliation
Skills & Experience Required:
- Prior experience in Procure to Pay / Accounts Payable process
- Strong knowledge of invoice processing and vendor management
- Working experience in SAP / VIM preferred
- Domain knowledge in Oil & Gas, Supply Chain, or Heavy Industries is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Education: Accounting Graduates
- Note: CA candidates are not eligible
