Key Job Responsibilities:
- Moderate content and maintain accuracy standards
- Meet SLAs/TAT and manage performance metrics
- Handle tasks independently while ensuring decision-making accuracy
- Follow process guidelines, ensure client satisfaction, and avoid escalations
- Adhere to security protocols and handle client data with integrity
- Provide excellent support in English and Hindi (written & spoken)
- Work in rotational shifts as per business needs
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers (0 Years)
- Proficient in English and Hindi (CEFR C1 level preferred)
- Ability to type 30 WPM
- Good knowledge of Google Maps, navigation & geography
- Familiarity with MS Office and internet tools
- Strong judgment, communication, and content moderation skills
- Willingness to work in shifts and rotational schedules
