Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle international voice and chat support for global clients.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, and email.
- Provide clear, effective, and professional communication in English.
- Manage real-time issue resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle data accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Adhere to quality standards and SLAs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates welcome)
- Experience: 0 – 3 years in BPO/Call Center – International Voice Process
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and voice-based support
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer support or voice/chat processes is a plus
