🧾 Job Responsibilities:

Perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
-
Support end-to-end month-end closing activities
-
Prepare senior executive presentations and perform ad hoc analysis
-
Develop financial models, scenario planning, and identify business trends
-
Collaborate with executive teams to support strategic financial decisions
-
Apply strong accounting fundamentals and analytical thinking
✅ Required Skills & Profile:
-
3 to 8 years of hands-on FP&A experience
-
Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
-
Knowledge of PeopleSoft (preferred)
-
Strong communication & presentation skills
-
Experience in hospitality is a plus
-
Educational Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBA, BBA, BA, MA
