💡 About the Role:
As an AR Caller at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls to US-based insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who want to build a career in healthcare BPO and revenue cycle management.
🛠️ Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to resolve medical claims.

Respond to customer queries by phone/email to meet service standards.

Analyze and process insurance claims.

Perform routine research and documentation tasks.

Gain in-depth knowledge of US healthcare billing and AR processes.
✅ Candidate Requirements:

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Basic knowledge of Windows PC applications.

Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as per business needs.
