Job Description/Skills Required
Roles and responsibilities :
- Developing the utility tools independently on MS Access and MS Excel platforms.
- Strong Knowledge of Tool Development, End to End Automation and Tool Quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
- Strong Knowledge of MS applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of different platform tool development and automated tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Tool quality assurance metrics.
- Expertise in manual testing & bug fixing.
- Automation development knowledge with VBA & SQL.
- Familiar with Excel Functions, Formula, Form Creation.
- Ability to design and build MI reports and dashboards that present accurate MI that is simple and easy to understand
- Works with projects, operations, and technical teams to understand processes and underlying requirement at very granular level to build utility delivery to meet and exceed requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create sustainable automated processes
