- Role: Customer Support – Voice (International Travel Backend Process – Expedia)
- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Location: Work From Home (Only Mumbai-based candidates are eligible)
- Experience Required: 0 – 1 year
- Salary: ₹3.0 LPA (Fresher) | ₹3.5 LPA (Experienced)
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
- Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM (Mandatory – will be tested)
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 6 months–1 year in BPO, Customer Support, or Travel Domain
- Internet Connection: Stable broadband required for remote setup
- Location: Must reside in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane
- Shift: Rotational (including night shifts)
- Training: Initial 2 months Work From Office (Airoli), then Permanent WFH
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice support for international travel bookings
- Support Expedia customers with queries, cancellations, changes, or complaints
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM
- Analyze bookings for potential sanctions risks
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations
- Meet quality KPIs, SLA timelines, and ensure high customer satisfaction
