About the Role: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts (AP/AR)
In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accurate financial transactions and compliance with accounting standards. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in finance who are looking to work in a dynamic environment with ample growth opportunities.
Location : Ahmedabad Gujarat
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling independently entire Accounting functions like day to day transactions – bank, petty cash ,Vendors bills checking, processing in SAP, Customer receipts of the concern with statutory compliance.
2. Ability to Prepare details required for scrutiny cases and assessments.
3. Banking operation and co-ordination.
4. Control on maintenance and keeping the accounting records properly.
5. Co-ordination with tax consultants for taxation related Queries/issues and compliance.
6. Ensuring timely payment to vendors. Finance related MIS Preparation like cash flow, Customer aging , vendor aging etc.
7. Hands on Account Receivable/Account Payable & Bank Reconciliations, vendor & customer reconciliation Helping internal audits team for conducting Internal audit Mail/Letter correspondences Other accounting functions as per the requirement.
8. Preparation of working & filling of return of TDS, Vat , Service tax etc and monthly payment of Taxes.
Qualification & Experience:
1. Executive/Sr. Executive – B.com/M.com/MBA with relevant experience in SAP FICO.
“SAP FICO experience is must for every role”
Skills:
1. Well versed in book keeping, daily booking of bill & processing of bank payments , bank Reconciliation etc.
2. Basic Tax knowledge of TDS, Service Tax, Vat , Cen vat etc.
3. SAP FICO experience is must
4. Good in MS office.
