Job Title: FPNA Analyst

Job Location : Thane

Experience : 3 – 8 Years

Shift Timing: 1:30PM to 10:30PM

Role & responsibilities

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

The associate is responsible for working closely with the onshore stakeholders primarily in the Budgeting process/activities, Forecasting, P&L Review, Revenue and Expense Analysis. The deliverables should be met within the agreed deadlines with the onshore team. The associate should be ready to work on any other jobs/tasks assigned to them.

Primary responsibilities include the following:

• Perform daily deliverables for FP&A functions.
• Reviewing monthly performance vs budget and highlighting issues to management
• Demonstrate the ability to reconcile financials and resolve discrepancies.
• Demonstrate an understanding of a Profit & Loss Statement.
• Perform control checking between management finance systems and financial reports.
• Develop cash flow analysis to explain monthly/quarterly FCF drivers
• Create AP/AR Dashboard & executive level dashboard with cash flow outputs.
• Ensure monthly management reporting to onshore is completed within preset deadlines.
• Work closely with Finance Business Partners in analyzing business performance.
• Understand the Planning process and assist with establishing yearly Plans.
• Perform reconciliation processes between various management reports.
• Provide analysis and response to questions raised by Onshore.
• Demonstrate a willingness to participate in supporting ad hoc reporting requirements.
• Document and keep procedures for all reporting activities and tasks up to date.
• Support the team tools/databases as well as reporting templates/models and macros.
• Ensure a smooth transition of new tasks from onshore stakeholders by proactively addressing requirements and providing solutions.
• Ability to reconcile and analyze Salary and Benefits reports.
• Preparation of PowerPoint presentation Decks for MI.
• Independently Communicating with all stakeholders and dealing with their queries.
• Meeting agreed service standards and adherence to internal procedures so as to provide a consistent and proactive service to the highest standards.

Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience

• Chartered Accountant/ACCA (4 to 6 years relevant Post Qualification FP&A Experience)
• MBA Finance (5 to 7 years relevant Post Qualification FP&A Experience)
• Post Graduate (6 to 9 years relevant Post Qualification FP&A Experience)

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of the Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of Hyperion & Smart View application preferable
• Good Problem-Solving Skills
• Decision making capabilities.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail is essential
• Good communicator, with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information in an appropriate manner.
• Learn new processes and systems and should be adaptable to changes
