Job Description
Role & Responsibilities – Payments Processing:
- Create payment proposals as per schedule after running the duplicate invoice report.
- Audit payment proposal and exception lists.
- Correct identified errors before final approval.
- Forecast payment values to the treasury team.
- Maintain payment transit evidence for audit compliance.
Role & Responsibilities – Invoice Processing:
- Process invoices within the required TAT.
- Perform statement reconciliations and follow-up for parked documents.
- Handle reversals, corrections, and blocked resolutions.
- Process all received records accurately.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 2 – 7 years in Accounts Payable / Payment Process / Invoice Processing.
- Education: Graduation not mandatory.
- Work Mode: Hybrid (Chennai).
