Job Responsibilities
Record to Report (RTR)
- Manage month-end closing, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support quarterly and annual financial statements and consolidations.
- Handle intercompany accounting and resolve reconciliation differences.
- Coordinate with business partners to ensure timely financial reporting.
Order to Cash (OTC)
- Manage accounts receivable transactions and daily cash receipts.
- Process credit and debit memos accurately.
- Follow up with customers and business partners for remittance details.
- Identify payment discrepancies and short payments.
- Support process improvements and maintain accurate receivables records.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have relevant experience in RTR or OTC finance and accounting processes. Applicants must be comfortable working from the Jaipur office and in 24×7 shifts.
