Roles & Responsibilities

Acquisition and sales of current accounts and other banking products.

Cross-selling of non-deposit products, mutual funds, and insurance.

Generate fee income through various sales initiatives.

Ensure branch administration and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Drive team productivity and morale within the branch.

Responsible for branch profitability (P&L) and break-even targets.

Coordinate with product management, marketing, and other verticals for new product development and service enhancements.

Ensure customer delight by managing end-to-end service cycles.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: Up to 6 years in banking, with 3–4 years in retail liabilities & sales.

Qualifications: MBA / CA / CAIB preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial instruments, markets, and economic processes.

Excellent sales and customer relationship management skills.

Age limit: Up to 30 years.
