TCS Customer Service Executive – Job Description
Tata Consultancy Services is conducting a walk-in recruitment drive for the position of Citizen Service Executive at Jaipur Passport Seva Kendra. The company is looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or data processing.
Selected candidates will be responsible for customer service operations, data processing, document verification support and assisting citizens with passport-related services.
This is a non-technical customer service opportunity suitable for graduates with good communication, computer and customer handling skills.
