Accounts Payable – Key Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and resolve invoice-related issues before releasing them for payment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Accounts Payable concepts such as 3-way matching, Non-PO invoices and GRN.
• Handle Non-PO and utility invoice processing.
• Perform invoice auditing and payment processing.
• Work with SAP, Navision or other ERP systems for invoice processing.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the Accounts Payable process.

• 2 Passport-size photographs
• 2 copies of updated resume
• Original Aadhaar Card
• Relevant educational documents

Eligibility

Candidates should have:

• 0–3 years of experience
• B.Com / BBA / BMS or relevant Commerce qualification
• M.Com / CA for eligible postgraduate candidates
• Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable processes
• Willingness to work in US/night shifts
• Willingness to work from office
